Dear Reader: My life has been pretty wild and my mind has been traumatized. I'm not sure what is yet to come out but some post could contain mature language, imagery, & touchy subjects. This may not be safe for all readers.

11/24 – The smell of Turkey
Every kid loves Christmas, right? The lights, the magic, the snow—it feels like the whole world transforms for a few months. Thanksgiving is like Christmas’s herald, carrying its own unique charm.
My family usually embraces the classics: turkey and stuffing (I’ve always loved turkey), green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie. And then there were my grandmother’s pumpkin rolls—the best you could imagine. Everyone asked her for some, and she’d bake a dozen or more every year.
But my favorite holiday memories weren’t just about the food. They were mornings spent watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade, cozy in front of the television while the smell of turkey—roasting since the night before—filled the house. Sometimes, if I was lucky, I’d catch a glimpse of early snowfall outside the window.
I still love this holiday because of those memories. I’ve tried to recreate the same feeling for my own little one, though it never feels quite the same. Still, I’ll keep trying. This year we’ve decided on ham. I’m not much of a pork fan, but I’ll eat ham—and I’m determined to make the best of it. ❆❆❆

11/22 – pink/purple mood
i want the web to feel hand‑made again.
if you’re lost. that’s where the good stuff hides.
building shrines, collecting blinkies, thinking in fragments. coding feels like fun again.
nostalgia is a refreshing breathe.
